Peter + Elizabeth // San Clemente Historic Cottage Wedding

Peter and Elizabeth first met at the Marcus Autism Center in Georgia. She was a behavioral therapist and he was working as an engineer. Their offices were on the same hall and they ran into each other many times! Then they started running into each other at the grocery store, out running, and at the local bar. They started dating shortly after their many run ins.

Elizabeth grew up as a Cali girl. Her childhood home was just a short walk from San Clemente State Beach where she went often. Elizabeth love our tiny beach town and wanted to have a San Clemente themed wedding to represent that part of her life.

Peter waited patiently just down the steps by the railroad crossing by the San Clemente Pier. With his back turned, Elizabeth snuck up behind him beaming with excitement. He turned and saw his beautiful bride with uncontrollable smiles. Their First Look was so sweet and personal. They romped around the San Clemente Pier with 100 other people enjoying the hot summer weekend. This weekend was their’s and it seemed the whole world was ready to celebrate with them.

The ceremony and reception were held at the San Clemente Historic Cottage. Elizabeth had walked by it a hundred times on her walks to State Beach and now it was their wedding venue! The ceremony was out on the bluff overlooking the beautiful ocean. The reception was a blast with the Lucky Devils Band playing an incredibly vibrant sunset and everyone dancing the night away on the open air dance floor! Their cake featured their doggie and they had South Swell Ice Cream for their guests. What a dream!

Peter and Elizabeth, I am so incredibly happy for you two. You both have such big hearts and love for your family and friends. I wish you many more years of love and adventure!
