Nate + Halie // Waterfront Beach Resort Huntington Beach Wedding

All nerves and stress seemed to melt away when Halie saw Nate for the first time on their wedding day. Those precious moments together during their First Look brought back unity and focus on each other.

The morning clouds scurried back to reveal a bright blue sky and sunshine. The ocean breeze was a welcomed relief to the hot sun. Halie got ready with her girls on the top level of the Waterfront Resort, Huntington Beach, while Nate was just one floor down. It was so nice having everything in one location. It always makes it so convenient for guests and allows us more time to not rush.

With red sunglasses in hand, the bride, groom and I hopped on a golf cart with massive tires and rode down to the shoreline where the bridal party met up with us for a few photos.

In her vows, Halie said Nate helped her put aside her check boxes and lists and remember to enjoy the journey of life.

I could not stop smiling throughout their entire reception. Everyone was there to have fun and to celebrate. Guests flooded the dance floor with hands clapping and feet stomping. Swaying, spinning, sliding and smiling, they let loose and rallied each other for their best dance moves.

Nate & Halie I am so happy for you two!! You are each others other half bringing balance and so much love. Congratulations!!

 

Halie rocked her white, sparkly Kate Spade heals while her girls wore red pumps to accent their red bouquets.

Love that look in her eyes filled with overwhelming love just after she read a note from Nate.

We made sure to have time for a few beach shots across the street with the entire bridal party. The wind was blowing pretty good but they still worked it!

It was important to Nate and Halie to make time after their wedding ceremony to spend just the two of them. It was so sweet to see them absorbing it all.
