Kian + Nicky // New Years Eve Wedding at Newport Beach Hyatt

Cheers to Kian + Nicky!! To a new year and new life adventures! This wedding glitters beyond the gold! So much love and joy from everyone that everything seemed to sparkle even brighter!

They started with a First Look, just the two of them. I don’t think I ever saw Kian without a smile once he saw Nicky. Their families and friends joined them for the First Look to get photos and share hugs before the ceremony. Then the immediate families joined together for a private Ketubah signing. A Ketubah is a Jewish marriage contract. It is considered an integral part of a traditional Jewish marriage, and outlines the rights and responsibilities of the groom, in relation to the bride.

The ceremony took place just after sunset. This night wedding was illuminated by candles, and the brilliant team at PSVA Global. The reception was in the ballroom of the Newport Beach Hyatt and a breathtaking sight to behold. Nicky’s mom designed a 22’ candy table that will blow your mind with its beauty. Everything shinning gold and white and so yummy!

It was so wonderful working with Michele and her team at The Perfect Fairytale wedding planning. They thought through every detail and kept everything running smoothly.

The day was filled with dancing and was an amazing way to bring in the New Year!! They even had cold spark fireworks at midnight!

Kian + Nicky!! You two are filled with so much joy and appreciation for life that its contagious! What an amazing way to start out the new year! Your wedding day is going down in my books as one of the most fun weddings Ive ever photographed. I wish your shinning light will continue to brighten each day. Congratulations!
